Roaming Around the Riverina
Journey through the Riverina, from ancient beasts to battered treats.
An exhibition for all ages, curated by kids!
Interesting, humorous and surprising, the exhibition explores local history through images and short snippets from the past. Ranging from the discovery of a Diprotodon bone in the nineteenth century, to counting money in the olden days through to more recent stories like the 2010 floods, Roaming around the Riverina explores the history of the area we all call home.
Roaming around the Riverina is an exhibition curated in partnership between Stage 3 students (aged 10-12) from Sturt Public School and Museum of the Riverina.
Roaming Around the Riverina is on exhibition at Museum of the Riverina's Historic Council Chambers site from 6 February - 29 April 2018.
