Historic Council Chambers site: Now open

Our Historic Council Chambers site has reopened to the public. The Museum's opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm and closed Mondays.

Visitors can enjoy our exhibitions as a walkthrough experience with no surface touching. One-way traffic flow will be encouraged through the exhibition space, and a hand sanitiser station is located at front door which is the sole entry/exit point.

If you are unwell, please delay your visit. We are adhering to a strict 4 square metre per person capacity and appreciate your cooperation with our staff to maintain this limit. There will be no group visits or public programs until further notice.

Our Baylis room exhibition space, hallways and toilets are publicly accessible; the Historic Council Chamber itself will be closed to the public. The Museum's retail offering and visitor surveys will also be unavailable until further notice.

We look forward to welcoming you soon. Currently on display is Good Sports: Wagga's Home-grown Heroes, as well as a selection of objects from our collection.
